Top 10 Frequently Asked Questions

This collection of frequently asked questions (FAQ) provides brief answers to many of the common questions we receive about Remarkable Buzz.

If you have a question that you don't see answered here call or send us an email.

1. I'm not very computer savvy, can I still use Remarkable Buzz?

If you are in the restaurant business who has the time to use a computer? By choosing the Advanced or Premium plan you don't ever have to touch a computer to send out an email communication. Those are full-service plans and we do all of the work for you.


2. What are the MAIN differences in the plans?

Each plan has the following emails designed and sent on your behalf: eClub Welcome, eClub Anniversary and Birthday email. After that:

Basic: Email creation is Self-Service, or, do it yourself. We provide guidance but you create and send the emails.

Advanced: This is a Full-Service plan. With your assistance we create and send out 12 email campaigns per year to your list.

Super: This plan gives you 20 eClub campaigns a year plus data entry assistance. What that means is when you send us your eClub signup cards, we enter the data into Remarkable Buzz for you.


3. Who owns the eclub email list (the database)?

You do!


4. I already have a list of names, can you help me import these
    into Remarkable Buzz?

Absolutely! Just send us the list and we'll do the rest.


5. Do I have to sign a contract to get started?

No, there is no contract.


6. Can I see who opens my eClub emails?

Yes! Our reporting engine will give you a complete listing of not only who opened your email, but also when they opened it and how many times they looked at the email.


7. Can I integrate this into my web site/Do I need a web site?

You don't need a web site in order to use Remarkable Buzz. If you have one we'll provide you everything you will need to capture your web visitors information.


8. How much of an increase in sales can I expext?

Lots of variables go into this question so we built the ROI calculator. Now it's easy to see just how profitable Remarkable Buzz can be for you!


9. What can I promote to my eClub members besides discounts?

Great question! I'll just mention a few of the things that our current customers are communicating:

10. What does your generic eClub signup card look like?

You get 500 of these signup cards to get you started with the Advanced and Premium plan. Once you use these you can design your own cards and have them printed or order more of the same design from us at $100 per thousand.
